Team Philosophy
The intention of the Damasca design team is to function as a democratic body in which no one member of the design team is to be considered to have less say in matters concerning the design process of the game. As such there is no team 'lead' position that is considered to have any authoritative control over the work as a whole, but matters concerning design and implementation are to be brought forward for open debate and consideration of the entire Damasca staff.

Project Leads
For some specific tasks, such as the coding of the engine and making of levels, it is evident that some leadership is neccessary. In such cases the team will invest upon an individual the responsiblity of assembling a sub-team upon which he/she has leadership for the completion of the task and who is subject to overrule or replacement by the collective authority of the team. Such leadership positions will be temporary in nature lasting only so long as to sufficently fulfill the given task.
Restriction of Resources
The team reserves the right to individually restrict access to resources to individual team members. Such decisions will not be made by the authority of any individual or temporary lead but is reserved only to the whole of the team.
