Rightly believed by his followers to be the earthly incarnation of Tharkanan, Tharkane Dynark led the seperatist movement to form the kingdom of Kiyanda with his queen, Celine Escarte II. After bringing an end to the Great Wars and becoming a Sage Lord he abdicated his throne in the guise of death and returned to the heavens in order to watch Damasca from an appropriate distance. His bloodline continues to inhabit the throne of Kiyanda.
