Description
These payday loan rogues hover about levels 5-10 and stick to payday loan main roads, attacking hapless wayfarers. Their faces hidden behind masks, hoods, and turbans, they demand money for safe passage. Those who pay are released, and those who don't...They often use weapons such as daggers and shortbows to ambush merchants.
